The Campaign is a trading style of CUKPR Ltd, a 'not for profit' company registered in England. It is not a registered charity but the nature of the legal structure is such that all income has to be used to benefit the campaign. 

It has no political alignment and every effort is being made to be independent. We are careful to avoid being influenced in any particular direction by any donation. 

The founder of the Campaign is John Barber BEng CEng MICE who has many year's experience working as a Chartered Engineer in the private sector project managing elements of major construction projects. He is the Director of a farming and forestry business and a property management company. Importantly he is not an Economist. Economists play an important role in contributing facts and opinions but these opinions often differ and generally their briefs do not include driving change. What he brings to the campaign is the ability to organise resources effectively, private sector business knowledge and the ability to analyse data.

In 2020 John published a book entitled 'Hurry Up and Stop'  in which he outlined a positive approach to rescuing our negative economic, climatic, environmental and wellbeing legacies. 

He has provided the seed funding because of his conviction of the need to take urgent action regarding our fiscal position.
